Five Excellent Managed Complexes Selected

On the 17th, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport announced that "Yangsan Shindosi Apartment Cheong-eoram" was selected as the Best Apartment Complex of 2024, following the final selection of excellent management complexes that contributed to creating a pleasant residential environment and revitalizing community culture to discover and disseminate best practices in apartment management.
Five complexes were selected as excellent management complexes: "The Sharp Cheongju First Park," "Cheongju Sacheon Prugio Apartment," "Buldang Leader Hills Apartment," "Daedeok Technovalley 12 Complex Apartment," and "Siheung Neunggok Sinan Insville Apartment."
The Ministry conducted a first document evaluation and a second on-site evaluation on 26 apartment complexes selected as model management complexes from 13 cities and provinces. Based on the results, six complexes were finally selected through the Apartment Excellent Management Complex Selection Committee.
The main evaluation criteria consisted of four areas: general management, facility safety and maintenance, community revitalization, and recycling and energy saving.
“Yangsan Shindosi Apartment Cheong-eoram,” selected as the best complex, presented an excellent case in community revitalization by actively encouraging communication and participation among residents through hosting resident harmony events, operating elderly-friendly programs, and various volunteer activities.
At "The Sharp Cheongju First Park," selected as an excellent complex, a noise complaint project was conducted that publicly praised upstairs neighbors with no floor noise. At "Buldang Leader Hills Apartment," the complex independently provided congratulatory money to families with newborns, demonstrating a self-initiated conflict resolution model regarding floor noise within the complex.
Kim Young-ah, Director of the Housing Construction Supply Division at the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, stated, “The Ministry will continue to actively discover and disseminate excellent management complexes so that apartment complexes can be managed and operated as models.”
