Bang Gi-seon, Minister of the Office for Government Policy Coordination, held an expanded executive meeting of the Office for Government Policy Coordination and the Prime Minister's Secretariat on the 16th, urging, "In carrying out future tasks, please do your best to ensure unwavering government administration based on whether it benefits the future of the Republic of Korea in accordance with the Constitution and laws."


On the same day, Bang held an expanded executive meeting at the Government Complex Seoul attended by all executives at the director level or higher from the Office for Government Policy Coordination and the Prime Minister's Secretariat, where he received reports on major issues from each department and reviewed the progress of support for the Acting President, the Prime Minister's Office stated.


After commending the efforts of staff working to ensure the stable operation of the Acting President system, Bang conveyed his requests.


He emphasized, "Please support each ministry so that they can handle current issues under the responsibility of their ministers, and manage carefully to prevent any blind spots."


He added, "Especially at times like this, senior officials at the director-general level with extensive experience should lead junior public officials and meticulously oversee tasks, while all staff should be mindful of their words and actions and perform their duties thoroughly during this critical period."
