Gwangju Shinsegae, 'Heart Tiramisu' Pop-up Store Popularity

7 Flavors Including Less Sweet and Bam... Until January 9 Next Year

The pop-up store for the trending SNS sensation "Heart Tiramisu," which is eaten by cracking the chocolate shell, is gaining popularity on the basement first floor of the main building of Gwangju Shinsegae Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Dong-hoon).


According to Gwangju Shinsegae on the 16th, the pop-up store, open until January 9 next year, offers a total of seven flavors of tiramisu: Original with the lowest sweetness, Less Sweet, Salty Caramel, Pistachio, Lemon Earl Grey, Cookie and Milk, and Chestnut.

Customers continue to line up early and wait to purchase this unique tiramisu cake, which is the first in Korea to have a chocolate exterior that you crack open before eating.


In particular, the Chestnut Tiramisu, which is popular for its soft and sweet chestnut cream soaked in chestnut syrup, has gained significant attention as the trend started with Netflix's 2024 series "Black and White Chef," attracting many customers.


The representative products include the Original with low sweetness, Less Sweet, Pistachio Tiramisu, and Chestnut Tiramisu.
