Hanjin Group Donates 2 Billion Won to Community Chest of Korea

Hanjin Group announced on the 16th that it donated 2 billion KRW to the Community Chest of Korea as a Neighborly Love Fund. Ryu Kyung-pyo, President of Hanjin KAL, and Hwang In-sik, Secretary General of the Community Chest of Korea, held the Hope 2025 Sharing Campaign handover ceremony at the Sarangui Yeolmae Hall in Seoul on the same day. Hanjin Group has participated in the Community Chest of Korea's Hope Sharing Campaign since 2001. Up to this year, it has donated 55 billion KRW to support people with disabilities, low-income families, and social welfare facilities. Leveraging its logistics company characteristics, Hanjin Group has transported emergency relief supplies to disaster areas domestically and internationally, as well as conducted volunteer activities and improved educational environments both at home and abroad.
