In his acceptance speech, he said, "I am grateful to be able to end this year in Busan like this," adding, "In the past few days, I felt so frustrated that I wished I could go on a refreshing trip somewhere, but receiving this award and seeing the sea made it quite nice." He continued, "This time, I only thought about how to harmonize and have fun with director Jang Jae-hyun, the producers, and our juniors," and said, "Above all, through the work 'Pamy?,' I once again felt in a fun way, 'Ah, so this is it.' Like many of my other works, I think it will be remembered with very good meaning."

Furthermore, Choi Min-sik expressed his feelings, saying, "I hope everyone has a happy weekend tomorrow," and added, "On the other hand, I want to say this. Even amidst such frustration and pain, seeing so many young friends waving and shaking those cheering sticks, I truly felt sorry." He also said, "As a member of the older generation, I showed them this absurd world again. When I saw young friends waving cheering sticks on the cold asphalt, I really felt sorry," and bowed his head, saying, "I want to take this opportunity to say this: I am sorry."
