Yoon Impeachment Motion Passed... Myung Taegyun's Remarks Revisited

"If I go to (prison), this administration will collapse within a month."

As the impeachment motion against President Yoon Seok-yeol was passed in the National Assembly on the 14th, the prediction made by Myung Tae-gyun, known as a key figure involved in the Yoon presidential couple's nomination interference, before his detention is being reexamined.

Earlier, on October 8, Myung said to the media, "If I am detained, the administration will collapse within a month." He added, "Only one-twentieth of what I did has come out so far," and claimed, "If I open my mouth, the world will be turned upside down." Subsequently, Myung was detained on the 15th of last month, and the impeachment motion against President Yoon was passed in the National Assembly on the 14th, exactly one month later. This sequence of events is turning Myung's prediction into reality.
