[Tomorrow's Weather] Below Freezing Morning... Cloudy Nationwide with Snow and Rain

On the 15th, the whole country is expected to have mostly cloudy weather or scattered rain and snow.

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 14th, the Seoul metropolitan area and Gangwon Province are expected to have occasional clouds. There will be rain or snow in Chungcheong, Jeolla, and Jeju Island. In Chungcheong, most precipitation is expected to stop during the day. There will also be raindrops or snowflakes in the western inland area of Gyeongnam and Yeongseo region of Gangwon.

The morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between -7 and 4 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperatures between 3 and 10 degrees Celsius. In northern and eastern Gyeonggi, inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, Chungbuk, and inland Gyeongbuk, morning temperatures will be around -5 degrees Celsius, and with slightly strong winds, the wind chill will make it feel even colder.

Strong winds are expected in Yeongdong region of Gangwon, the west coast of Chungnam, the coastal areas of Jeolla, the coastal areas of Gyeongsang, the northeastern mountains of Gyeongbuk, and Jeju Island.

Fine dust levels are expected to be 'Good' across all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion.

In the central offshore waters of the West Sea, very strong winds and very high waves are expected at dawn, raising the possibility of a storm warning being issued. Sea waves will be 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the East Sea nearshore, 1.0 to 2.5 meters in the West Sea nearshore, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the South Sea nearshore.

Wave heights in the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline) are expected to be 1.5 to 4.0 meters in the East Sea, 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 4.0 meters in the South Sea.
