'Pyeongtaek Brain City,' where the complex is located, is the largest complex high-tech industrial complex in Gyeonggi Province, being developed on a total site area of 4,821,430㎡ in Doil and Jangan-dong areas of Pyeongtaek City. According to the company, compared to Complex A supplied in the old downtown area of Pyeongtaek last October, it is about 4.77 million KRW cheaper per 3.3㎡.


A company official said, "Considering the rising trend of sale prices due to increased labor and raw material costs, and that the average sale price per 3.3㎡ of complexes supplied in Gyeonggi Province until last month this year has soared to about 20.06 million KRW, this is a competitive price."


The company also offers impressive free items.
