24 Icheon Ceramic and Craft Companies Participate in 'Home Table Deco Fair and Craft Trend Fair'

Held at COEX from the 12th to the 15th

Gyeonggi-do Icheon City announced on the 11th that 24 ceramic and craft companies in the area will participate in the '2024 Home Table Deco Fair Seoul' and the '2024 Craft Trend Fair' held at COEX in Samseong-dong, Seoul, from the 12th to the 15th.

Through support for the city's participation in ceramic and craft exhibitions, 10 companies will participate in the Home Table Deco Fair, and 13 companies will participate in the Craft Trend Fair, showcasing various tableware such as dishes and tea sets, as well as decorative items and interior accessories.

The Home Table Deco Fair is an exhibition focused on living and tableware, with over 550 brands participating. The Craft Trend Fair is an event that supports strengthening the international competitiveness of Korean crafts through an overseas invitation hall and overseas buyer invitation programs. Participating companies are expected to gain practical trading opportunities with overseas buyers through the event and lay the groundwork for entering overseas markets. The overseas invitation hall includes craft promotion organizations from five countries: Italy, Japan, Taiwan, Myanmar, and others.

Kim Kyung-hee, mayor of Icheon City, said, "I hope that through the exhibition, Icheon City's ceramic and craft industry will be further recognized in overseas markets," adding, "We will continue to spare no effort in supporting the growth and development of the local craft industry."
