Yongin City Selects 9 'Outstanding Job Creation Companies'

Microsystem, Mantech, and others... 95 New Hires in One Year
Benefits Include Extra Points for Job Projects and Business Environment Improvement Projects

Yongin City in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 11th that it selected nine outstanding companies that contributed to employment expansion and job creation, awarding them certificates and plaques.

The job creation outstanding companies selected by the city this year are ▲Micro System Co., Ltd. ▲Mantech Co., Ltd. ▲VMS Solutions Co., Ltd. ▲Big Dream Co., Ltd. ▲Studio Galilee Co., Ltd. ▲IPack P&D Co., Ltd. ▲HSCMT Co., Ltd. ▲PTC Co., Ltd. ▲Techways Co., Ltd.

The city conducted a public contest from August 29 to September 26, selecting the target companies through document screening and on-site investigations. The selection of outstanding companies was determined by comprehensively evaluating companies' efforts and achievements in new employment creation, sound management, hiring of youth, local talents, and vulnerable employment groups, welfare support, and hiring and conversion to regular positions. These companies were evaluated to have made efforts to improve job quality by newly hiring a total of 95 employees over the past year and implementing various employee welfare systems.

The outstanding companies selected this time can receive additional points when participating in job projects hosted by the city, small-scale corporate environment improvement projects, and overseas trade-related projects. They can also participate in recruitment events such as job fairs with priority and receive additional points when applying for preferential support for secondary loan interest subsidies for small and medium enterprises or special guarantee recommendations.

At the plaque awarding ceremony, Yongin Mayor Lee Sang-il said, "Thank you sincerely for creating many good jobs so that citizens can work with pride." The mayor added, "I hope more good jobs will be created to enrich the lives of citizens, and the city will do its best to support companies' business activities."

Since 2018, Yongin City has annually selected companies that contributed to employment expansion and job quality improvement and awarded them certificates and plaques.
