KG Inicis announced on the 10th that it will additionally acquire 8,934,476 shares of its affiliate Edaily for approximately 61.4 billion KRW. After the acquisition, KG Inicis's stake in Edaily will be 61.4%. The scheduled date for the stock acquisition is the 12th. KG Inicis stated that the purpose of this stock acquisition is "business structure diversification."
