Namyangju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Joo Gwang-deok) will conduct a public inspection of the "Namyangju Completed Housing Site District Unit Plan Reorganization (Draft)" from the 10th to the 26th.
The "Namyangju Completed Housing Site District Unit Plan Reorganization (Draft)" targets 10 completed housing site districts within the jurisdiction (Deokso, Changhyeon, Geumgok, Cheonghak, Maseok, Pyeongnae, Hopyeong, Jinjeop, Gaun, Byeollae districts) and involves reorganizing the district unit plans since 2017.
This reorganization (draft) was promoted to reflect changes in related laws and regulations, land use, urban spatial structure, and to enhance resident convenience.
In particular, it includes adjustments to the district unit plan areas and infrastructure, and changes to the district unit plans to revitalize housing site districts that have been completed for more than 10 years.
The public inspection materials can be reviewed through related documents available at the Namyangju City Hall Infrastructure Division, as well as the Urban Architecture Divisions of Jinjeop-eup, Hwado-eup, and Byeollae-dong.
Additionally, summary documents will be provided at the Urban Architecture Divisions of other administrative welfare centers within the jurisdiction to allow many residents to access them.
If there are any opinions regarding the Completed Housing Site District Unit Plan Reorganization (Draft), they can be submitted in writing by December 26.
