CCM (Consumer Centered Management) is a certification system that evaluates whether a company organizes all its activities from the consumer's perspective and continuously improves related management activities.
In the certification evaluation, Kyobo Securities was assessed on various activities for consumers and corporate culture based on the top management's firm commitment to consumer-centered management.
Kyobo Securities received excellent evaluations for activities aimed at establishing a consumer-centered management system, including ▲ CCM declaration ceremony ▲ operation of Ethics PLAZA ▲ operation of the Ethics Management Committee and ESG Committee ▲ consumer safety system ▲ personal information protection system ▲ win-win cooperation with partner companies ▲ granting authority and responsibility to the CCO ▲ operation of employee motivation programs.
Additionally, Kyobo Securities established 'Financial Consumer Protection Day' every quarter to help employees understand the KRX dispute mediation system and conducted training and inspection activities to prevent recent issues such as voice phishing and financial fraud. As a result, it strengthened consumer-centered communication by being selected as an excellent call center in the '2024 Korea Industry Service Quality Index (KSQI) Call Center Division' hosted by the Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC).
With this CCM certification acquisition, Kyobo Securities has obtained incentives such as awards for excellent companies, reduced sanctions for violations by the Fair Trade Commission, and the right to use the consumer-centered management certification mark for advertising and promotion.
Kim Cheol-woo, Head of the Consumer Protection Division (CCO) at Kyobo Securities, said, "We have set customer centricity as a core value and have provided financial services prioritizing consumer value by internalizing consumer-centered management company-wide. We will continue to strengthen the CCM collaboration system with sales divisions that have significant consumer contact to ensure smooth promotion of consumer-centered management."
Meanwhile, Kyobo Securities annually awards the 'Financial Consumer Protection Master Award' separately during the anniversary commendation to spread a consumer-friendly management culture and operates psychological programs for employees.
