The Kkalkkeumi Project, which supported cleaning and pest control for a total of 74 households throughout the year, is a project positively evaluated for creating jobs for vulnerable groups through collaboration with eup-myeon-dong administrative welfare centers and cleaning service outsourcing by the self-support enterprise Clean Care Co., Ltd., composed of recipients and near-poor individuals.

This year, in addition to support for 4 households suspected of hoarding, before the severe cold of midwinter arrived, additional cleaning was carried out for 4 more households through the pure talent donation of residents participating in self-support work, actively contributing to resolving welfare blind spots by supporting the creation of a healthy and safe living environment for vulnerable groups.

Jo Yong-gu, CEO of Clean Care Co., Ltd., said, "As we have been doing this work consistently, I realize there are many people in more unfortunate conditions than expected," and added, "Since our company is a self-support enterprise, the conditions of participating residents are not good either, but they are working hard while helping people in more difficult situations, so we sincerely ask for much interest and support."

Kwon Ye-ja, Director of the Welfare Support Division, said, "We sincerely thank the self-support work participants who cared for their neighbors through talent donation ahead of the full winter season at the end of the year," and added, "In the new year, Paju City will do its best to create a basic society where all citizens can enjoy happiness without discrimination and live well together."
