Pocheon-si Distributes Winter Supplies to Vulnerable Groups in Preparation for Cold Wave

Pocheon City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Baek Young-hyun) will provide cold-weather supplies to 248 cold wave shelters in the region.

This support is designed to help vulnerable neighbors stay safe and warm during the cold wave.

The cold-weather supply sets consist of thermal socks and thermal gloves. The city plans to deliver a total of 2,062 cold-weather supply sets to the cold wave shelters.

A Pocheon City official said, “We will continue to explore various ways to minimize cold wave damage and establish cold wave damage countermeasures for vulnerable neighbors.”
