HS Hwaseong Wins Grand Prize in Public Sale Category at 'LH Customer Quality Awards'

HS Hwaseong announced on the 10th that it won the Grand Prize in the public sale construction company category at the ‘10th LH Customer Quality Awards’ hosted by Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH).

Started in 2015 and now in its 10th year, the Customer Quality Awards select and honor companies that have contributed to improving the residential quality of LH public housing by reflecting customer quality evaluation results. The awards are characterized by high fairness and reliability as they incorporate not only housing quality evaluations directly conducted by public housing residents but also factors such as defect handling rate, defect handling period, and kindness of the companies.

The Changwon Gapo LH Phase 3 complex constructed by HS Hwaseong consists of 402 households located in Gapo-dong, Changwon-si, Gyeongsangnam-do. It was completed in September 2023 and began occupancy thereafter. The main reason for this award was the high satisfaction of residents regarding residential quality and design.

Park Jeong-su, Manager of the HS Hwaseong Construction Team, who received the merit plaque, said, “The Changwon Gapo site faced many difficulties during the construction period, such as the Cargo Solidarity strike and rising raw material prices due to the Ukraine war. However, by estimating a predictable schedule in advance, establishing plans, and ordering materials accordingly, we were able to respond appropriately to external variables and meet the construction deadline. Above all, since promises with customers are the top priority for apartments, we made efforts to maintain the site management, cleaning of units and common areas, and defect conditions at the highest level.”

Meanwhile, at the event, HS Hwaseong received a quality excellence notification from LH, which will grant them additional points in future LH bids.
