The Prosecution's Special Investigation Headquarters for Emergency Martial Law (Head: Park Se-hyun, Chief Prosecutor of Seoul High Prosecutors' Office) is questioning General Yeo at the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office on the morning of the 10th.
General Yeo is identified as the person who, under the orders of former Minister of National Defense Kim Yong-hyun at the time of the emergency martial law declaration, deployed counterintelligence troops to the National Assembly and the Central Election Commission and attempted to arrest key figures such as Lee Jae-myung, leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, and Han Dong-hoon, leader of the People Power Party.
