Wise AI Signs AI Medical Care Collaboration MOU with Korean Society of Plastic Surgeons

K-OTC listed artificial intelligence (AI) platform specialist Wise AI announced on the 10th that it has signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with the Korean Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons to expand the distribution of its AI medical care platform ‘AiU’.

This agreement focuses on utilizing AI technology to enhance hospital operation efficiency and improve customer service quality in the field of plastic surgery. Wise AI plans to actively promote the AI customer management service ‘AiU’ for hospitals and clinics through various online and offline activities in collaboration with the Korean Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons.

Celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, the Korean Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons represents approximately 2,300 plastic surgery specialists and was established with the goal of advancing the field of plastic surgery and promoting public health.

Wise AI will operate its own booth at academic conferences hosted by the Korean Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons to demonstrate cases and achievements of AiU’s hospital operation support and provide consultations. Through this, it aims to strengthen on-site networking and directly communicate the benefits of AiU’s implementation to medical professionals and hospital officials.

AiU is one of Wise AI’s AI customer center platforms, designed as a cost-effective model that simplifies the implementation process to reduce financial burden. It is applicable in ten major medical specialties including plastic surgery, dermatology, and Korean medicine, providing 24/7 automated customer response services. Recently, the platform was upgraded to reduce setup time from one month to seven days, improve the user interface/user experience (UI/UX), and add multilingual support features, optimizing it for responding to foreign customers linked to overseas medical tourism.

Through AI inbound and outbound calls and chatbot functions, AiU automates repetitive tasks such as procedure and examination reminders and promotion announcements, thereby reducing the workload of medical staff and enhancing hospital operation efficiency. Wise AI expects AiU to receive high evaluations particularly in the plastic surgery field, where meticulous customer management is crucial.

Song Hyung-seok, CEO of Wise AI, stated, “Wise AI has been supplying AI services to many hospitals and clinics including plastic surgery and has been researching various ways to improve hospital operation efficiency. We will closely cooperate with the Korean Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, a leading organization in the related field, to share expertise, achieve mutual growth, and realize social contributions.”
