Jo recently launched this brand and started her beauty business. Her name is listed as the representative on the brand’s official website, and the business address is in Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi Province. It is reported that the company has recently hired full-time employees and is actively expanding its business.

The brand explained, "The 'CERO' in CEROLABS means 'zero,'" adding, "We are researching to create the purest products that suit various skin types while minimizing irritation and toxicity." They continued, "As a clean beauty brand that values nature and harmony with people, none of our products undergo animal testing," and "We produce products with eco-friendly packaging to minimize the burden on the Earth." It is reported that the products are manufactured through Korea Kolmar, a cosmetics ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) company.

The products released by CEROLABS include two items: the Hydration Gel Cream and the Soothing Toner, priced in the 20,000 KRW range. CEROLABS has been offering the Hydration Gel Cream as a gift to customers who spend over 50,000 KRW, but due to the current shortage, they have decided to provide two Intense Repair Lip Balms instead. CEROLABS stated, "All employees and the representative will do their best to restock as soon as possible and ensure smooth supply to customers."

Earlier, Jo’s father, Representative Jo, appeared on the YouTube channel 'Kim Eo-jun’s Humility is Hard News Factory' and spoke about his daughter’s business challenge, saying, "She is also a doctor and majored in science, so she developed the products herself," and added, "Her dream is not the domestic market but the overseas market."
