Recognizing Customer-Centric Management That Listens to the Voice of Customers
Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, President Kim Kyunghwan) has obtained the Customer Satisfaction Management System (ISO10002) certification established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
The Customer Satisfaction Management System (ISO10002) is an international standard that certifies an organization as having established a customer management system in accordance with the 14 customer satisfaction management standards set by ISO, systematically responding to customer needs and expectations.
HF Corporation was recognized by ISO for compliance in all audit items, and received high praise particularly for its multifaceted efforts to create a customer-centric environment, including ▲ system improvements reflecting customers' voices ▲ systematic linkage among feedback channels (call center, website, branches) ▲ periodic customer feedback sessions led by management.
An HF Corporation official said, “We are pleased to have our efforts for customer-centric management recognized,” and added, “We will continue to listen to our customers' voices and do our best to establish ourselves as a public institution that works together with customers.”
