Kubotek to Participate in YESDEX 2024... "Introducing New Products Optimized for Elderly Patients"

YESDEX (Yeongnam International Dental Academic Conference & Equipment Exhibition), held at BEXCO in Busan, hosted 120 companies and attracted about 8,000 visitors, including 3,500 dentists and industry professionals, providing an opportunity to share the latest dental technologies and knowledge.

Kubotech exhibited the new TLplant, a digital-friendly integrated implant optimized for narrow bone width and resistant to peri-implantitis, drawing significant attention from attendees. TLplant is evaluated as an implant suitable for the digital and super-aged era because it △resists inflammation and fracture, △minimizes bone grafting even in narrow alveolar bone, and △allows faster implantation and shorter implant treatment periods compared to existing implants.

At the event, the company actively promoted the TLplant implant system through seminars and prepared collaboration plans with infection control companies, while establishing business strategies with university hospitals and network hospitals, marking the start of full-scale sales activities.

In particular, the company announced that it achieved results by communicating with hospitals in the Yeongnam and Bu-Ul-Gyeong regions, signing additional contracts, and discovering more than 10 new clients. Kubotech aims to expand its sales network more broadly by conducting follow-up sales activities targeting the Yeongnam and Bu-Ul-Gyeong areas.

A Kubotech representative stated, "Through this event, we confirmed the high interest and expectations of industry stakeholders for our products, which embody our proprietary technology," and emphasized, "Based on this, we will further expand the market and focus on developing additional innovative products."

Prior to this, Kubotech held a symposium (KUWOTECH IMPLANT 2024 SYMPOSIUM) for dentists at COEX in Seoul earlier last month. On that day, the company emphasized the safety of its implant products and the usefulness of the new TLplant based on 10 years of clinical data, providing attendees with an opportunity to learn about the company’s technological capabilities and new products.

Meanwhile, Kubotech was recently recognized for its innovative technology and continuous R&D achievements and was selected as a supported company for the 2024 Materials and Components Technology Development Project (Heterogeneous Technology Convergence Type) by the Korea Evaluation Institute of Industrial Technology (Keit), an organization under the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. Receiving a total of 2.5 billion KRW in government funding over two years and six months, the company is developing a dental aesthetic prosthetic composite material with high flexural strength and light transmittance characteristics by applying photopolymerization ceramic 3D printing technology. Kubotech is also reorganizing its internal structure with the goal of listing on KOSDAQ. After reviewing all matters, it plans to begin preparations for an initial public offering (IPO), including selecting an underwriter.
