Channel Corporation announced on the 6th that it has supplied its AI business messenger 'Channel Talk' to Wibis' official online mall, 'Wibis Mall.'
Wibis is a mid-sized fashion company that has grown based on offline stores since its establishment in 2005. Its representative brands include women's wear 'Jisen' and golf wear 'Volvik Apparel.' Since 2022, Wibis has been renewing its own mall to expand its online commerce business. Following an increase in customer inflow, it introduced Channel Talk for efficient customer response and targeted marketing.
A Wibis Mall official stated, "At the time of switching the consultation system, we were able to establish a customized customer consultation system thanks to Channel Talk's frequent training and close support from a dedicated manager," adding, "We plan to actively utilize Channel Talk to enhance customer satisfaction through loyalty programs and special promotion events for regular customers."
