Changing a dirty diaper and wiping with wet tissue... Singapore in uproar over restaurant nuisance mom A video of a woman changing a child's diaper on a restaurant table has been released and is receiving heavy criticism. Facebook

According to local media such as Independent Singapore on the 3rd (local time), a woman presumed to be the child's mother was seen changing her child's soiled diaper on a table inside a restaurant in a shopping mall in Singapore. The video, shared on social media (SNS), shows the woman standing the child on the restaurant table and changing the diaper. On the table, there are wet wipes for cleaning the child's bottom, and on the chair, both the soiled diaper and a new diaper are placed together. Customers who witnessed the situation frowned, and some reportedly complained to the restaurant manager. A netizen who witnessed the incident said, "The manager told the woman not to change the diaper there, but she did not seem very apologetic."

Netizens who saw the article responded critically, saying things like, "What a disgusting thing to do while eating," "What did the other customers do wrong?" "There must be a restroom nearby, so why do that?" "If you want to wash your hands, you have to go to the restroom anyway," "Only parents think their own child is cute," "Why are there so many inconsiderate parents these days?" "Inconsiderate people exist everywhere in the world," and "They are really teaching their child well."

A similar incident occurred in South Korea in June. At that time, a post titled "Is it okay to change a baby's dirty diaper in a restaurant?" was uploaded to the self-employed community 'Apeunikka Sajangida' (Because It Hurts, I'm the Boss). Store owner A claimed, "Today, a customer who came with a baby suddenly started changing the baby's diaper during the meal." When the customer tried to throw the used diaper into the trash can next to the store's sink, A stopped them and asked them to dispose of it in the restroom. Afterwards, the customer left a malicious review saying, "I never want to visit again. The service was very unfriendly, and I felt uncomfortable while eating." Netizens comforted A with comments such as "They are abusing reviews" and "Self-employed people are pitiful."
