Dobong-gu (Mayor Oh Eon-seok) is recruiting a Youth District Administration Experience Group.
The district operates the Youth District Administration Experience Group to provide local youth with opportunities for social experience and career exploration.
The Youth District Administration Experience Group is assigned to public institutions within the area such as the district office, community service centers, and welfare centers, performing various tasks related to administration and welfare assistance across the district administration.
It is very popular among local youth as it helps with actual employment. The competition rate is also high, about 6:1. Previously, during the summer vacation program, 502 applicants applied for 80 available spots.
This recruitment is for a total of 80 people: 64 through general selection and 16 through priority selection. The common eligibility requirement is being a youth aged 19 to 45 who is registered as a resident of Dobong-gu or residing in the Gyeonggi Blue Future Scholarship Dormitory. For priority selection, candidates who are national veterans or their children, recipients of basic livelihood security, low-income families, single-parent families, or persons with disabilities are given priority consideration.
The application period is until 6 PM on December 13. Applications can be submitted through the Dobong-gu website. Candidates will be selected by lottery, which will be held at 11 AM on December 20 in the staff computer training room on the basement level 1 of Dobong-gu Office. Results will be posted on the Dobong-gu website on December 23.
The working period is from January 3 to February 7 next year. The basic working condition is 5 days a week, 5 hours per day. The 2025 living wage will be applied, paying 58,890 KRW per day and 1,472,370 KRW for full attendance.
