3.9 Billion Streams Record for Most Plays
Top K-pop Artist Since 2018...
Group BTS has been selected as the most streamed K-pop artist for seven consecutive years on the world's largest music streaming platform, Spotify.

On the 5th, Spotify released its annual music consumption data analysis, 'Wrapped,' announcing that BTS recorded 3.9 billion streams this year, ranking first as the K-pop artist with the highest global playback count.
BTS has maintained an unshakable number one position in this category since 2018. With members' solo tracks making up a large portion of the top 10 most streamed K-pop songs, they have proven their influence both as a group and as individual artists.
The number one spot was taken by Jimin's "Who," followed by Jungkook's "Seven" at number two, Jungkook's "Standing Next to You" at number three, and V's "Love Me Again" at number four, highlighting BTS's strong presence on domestic charts as well. Jimin was selected as the most streamed artist in Korea for the second consecutive year.
Jimin's "Who" achieved 1 billion streams in the shortest period among songs released by Korean artists this year, and V became the first K-pop solo artist to surpass 19 million followers on Spotify.
Jungkook became the first K-pop artist to exceed 2 billion streams on Spotify with a single song, "Seven."
Jungkook and V also ranked third and fifth respectively, while Jimin's "Who" and "Like Crazy" ranked first and second as the most streamed songs in Korea.
