Classys, a global medical aesthetic specialist company, announced on the 5th that it received the '100 Million Dollar Export Tower' award at the '61st Trade Day' ceremony, and CEO Baek Seung-han was awarded the Silver Tower Order of Industrial Service Merit.
The Export Tower is awarded when a single corporation achieves a new record by exceeding a specific export performance threshold. This Export Tower was calculated based on data from July last year to June this year. Classys was recognized for contributing to the increase in national exports as the export amount of equipment and consumables significantly increased due to the global expansion and increased usage of its main product, 'Ultheraformer MPT' (domestic name: Shurink Universe).
The company recorded a cumulative export amount of 114.2 billion KRW this year, showing a 32% growth rate compared to the same period last year. Along with the continuous growth of 'Ultheraformer MPT,' the overseas sales of the new product 'Volnumer' increased faster than expected, significantly boosting export revenue. The company also achieved its highest-ever sales in the third quarter, raising expectations for sustained future growth.
On this day, CEO Baek Seung-han received the Silver Tower Order of Industrial Service Merit based on various achievements made to elevate Classys into a global company.
CEO Baek strengthened mid- to long-term cooperative relationships with domestic and international partners and established a global management infrastructure and advanced production system, achieving rapid external growth. Through differentiated B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) marketing, customer experience management, and a customer innovation process based on scientific clinical evidence, the company also achieved solid management performance.
Meanwhile, Classys has announced a vision to pioneer major overseas markets based on blockbuster-level platform equipment and accelerate country-specific approvals to achieve $1 billion in sales and an operating profit margin of over 50% by 2030.
CEO Baek said, “Through this award, Classys has been recognized for achieving overwhelming global management performance and establishing a sustainable growth roadmap through next-generation research and development (R&D) pipelines. We will continue to develop Classys further with various customer-based innovative products, including microneedles.”
