The program focuses on having children and adolescents assess their internet and smartphone usage habits through diagnostic surveys, directly check their smartphone usage time, recognize problems caused by excessive use, and develop 'self-regulation skills.'

The theme of the program is communication, and it offers alternative activities for children and adolescents to overcome internet and smartphone overdependence and spend enjoyable time, including ▲ group education related to internet and smartphones ▲ how to communicate with friends ▲ managing emotions in stressful situations.

The Paju City Integrated Addiction Management Support Center plans to actively identify individuals exhibiting symptoms of internet and smartphone overdependence, operate the Cheong·Ba·Ji program, and provide counseling services.

The program is conducted within schools and local children's centers, and for more details, inquiries can be made to the Paju City Integrated Addiction Management Support Center.
