The city of Guri, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Baek Kyung-hyun) announced on the 4th that it has completed improvements to the water pumping pumps and sedimentation basins at the Topyeong Water Purification Plant to ensure stable water supply and water quality management in preparation for the winter season.

With a total budget of 67 million KRW invested in this project, the city stated that it has enhanced pumping efficiency, prevented water supply interruptions and safety accidents in advance, and secured stability in the purification process.
The city plans to continue improving facilities and conducting regular inspections to provide water supply administration that increases citizen trust and satisfaction.
Mayor Baek Kyung-hyun of Guri said, “We expect that the water supply will become more stable through this improvement project, and we will continue to do our best to provide clean tap water that citizens can drink with confidence through advanced water supply facility operations.”
