On the night of the 3rd at 11:50 PM, Minister Park Sang-woo held an emergency executive meeting and issued these instructions. After the declaration of martial law, the ministry's department heads gathered at the Government Sejong Complex, while Minister Park presided over a video conference from his office in Jeong-dong, Seoul.

It is known that Minister Park will carry out the previously scheduled work plans as originally planned before the declaration of martial law.
