Lee Seunghwa, the governor of Sancheong-gun, Gyeongnam, has taken steps to boost the morale of civil servants in charge of civil complaints to provide high-quality civil service.

According to Sancheong-gun on the 3rd, Governor Lee held a communication meeting with civil complaint officers.

This meeting was promoted to encourage the hard work of civil complaint officers and to prepare improvement measures by listening to their difficulties.

County Governor Lee Seunghwa is holding a meeting to listen to the difficulties faced by civil servants handling civil complaints and to develop improvement measures.

In particular, as Governor Lee usually emphasizes communication, this was an occasion to strengthen internal communication, opening a frank dialogue.

The meeting covered various topics such as handling special civil complaint cases, improving civil complaint services, establishing protection policies for civil complaint officers, and improving working conditions.

Sancheong-gun plans to continuously create opportunities for communication with civil complaint officers, including this meeting.

The staff unanimously said, “This meeting was a good opportunity to face each other and freely discuss work-related matters.”
