‘Saeroun Gil’ Theme at Seobitmaru Culture and Arts Center
The Seo-gu Women's Choir of Gwangju announced on the 3rd that it will hold its 20th regular concert at Seobitmaru Culture and Arts Center on the 5th.
This performance, under the theme "A New Path," will feature a variety of songs including "Champions," "Bo Yavo haboker," "Na Hana Kkotpieo," "Eommaga Ddal-ege," and "Gomabso."
Special performances will also be presented by the Gwangju Narsya Choir, the string trio "Dream Ensemble," and the mixed quartet "Myutos Chamber Singers."
A member of the Seo-gu Women's Choir said, "We have prepared a high-quality choral performance honed through regular practice because we want to gift the residents with moving melodies."
Lee Hyun-soon, Director of the Culture and Arts Division, stated, "Through this performance, we will showcase the diverse appearances and harmonies of the Seo-gu Women's Choir members and continue to strive to become a city of high-quality culture and arts."
Meanwhile, founded in 1999, the Seo-gu Women's Choir has participated in over 150 competitions including national choir contests and the Gwangju Choir Festival, earning recognition for its outstanding skills through various awards.
