Divorce specialist lawyer Yang So-young advised model Moon Ga-bi to take legal action against various malicious comments.
In a video released on the 27th of last month on the YouTube channel 'Yangdamso,' lawyer Yang mentioned the recent issue of an extramarital child between actor Jung Woo-sung and Moon Ga-bi.
In the video, lawyer Yang said, "There is public criticism against Moon Ga-bi, but this is something we should first congratulate." He emphasized, "The birth of a precious life is something we should celebrate," and added, "We should praise Moon Ga-bi's courage in deciding on childbirth and carrying it out."
He continued, "This should be a happy matter where we also praise Jung Woo-sung for taking responsibility, but unfortunately, baseless speculation and criticism are pouring in."
However, regarding the public criticism that Moon Ga-bi had the child for child support, he reflected on this and stressed that it is something that needs to be corrected. He advised Moon Ga-bi to actively take legal action against the comments. Lawyer Yang said, "I hope she courageously responds legally to the malicious comments, defamation, and insults for the sake of the child," and expressed concern, "Such posts online inevitably become permanent records, and there is a possibility the child might come across them later."
He also stated, "Viewing Moon Ga-bi with suspicion of having impure motives is itself a prejudice our society holds against unmarried mothers."
