To this end, the city established support centers within the Building Permit Division at City Hall and the Building and Greenery Divisions at each branch office, and will operate them until the disaster recovery is completed.

The support center is composed of seven members, including the head of the Building Permit Division as the center director, team leaders, and staff in charge of building permits. The center provides administrative support to enable livestock facility owners whose facilities were destroyed by the disaster to quickly obtain reconstruction permits.

The city plans to collaborate with the Pyeongtaek Regional Architects Association to connect affected parties with professional architects for permit applications, while streamlining the consultation departments to shorten processing times. A city official stated, "We will strive to ensure that livestock farmers affected by the damage do not experience inconvenience in the permit processing."
