On the first day, Kang Jeong, Director of the Education Support Division at Uiryeong Office of Education in Gyeongsangnam-do, was invited as a lecturer to conduct a capacity-building training session covering △ Introduction to the 2025 Gyeongnam Joint School Operation Policy Direction △ Actual Practices of Uiryeong Shared Education, followed by a deliberation session on the 2025 Changnyeong Joint School operation with a professional facilitator.

On the 30th, following the keynote speech by Professor Lee Dong-seong of Jeonju National University of Education on the theme "Theory and Practice for the Operation of Changnyeong Joint School," a seminar session was held to establish an action plan. In particular, it was a meaningful time to deeply consider measures to lay the foundation for a Changnyeong-tailored joint school operation from four perspectives: teachers, students, curriculum, and administrative and financial support.

Kim Bok-myeong, a teacher at Goam Elementary School who organized the event, shared, “It was a meaningful time where I could discover a new spark to overcome the crisis of regional extinction by seeing the passionate attitude of our local teachers who participated in discussions and debates more actively than anyone else for the education and learning of students in small schools.”
