According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 1st, rain will fall in the metropolitan area, Gangwon Yeongseo, Chungcheong region, and Jeonbuk from early morning to evening on the 2nd. Raindrops will fall in the northern part of Jeonnam and the inland western part of Gyeongsang from the afternoon. Expected precipitation amounts are around 5mm in the metropolitan area, and less than 5mm in Gangwon, Chungcheong, and Jeolla regions.

Additionally, dense fog will form mainly inland during the morning, and with snow accumulated in the central region and eastern Jeonbuk, temperatures will drop overnight, likely causing icy roads or black ice, so caution is needed during the morning commute.

The morning low temperatures will range from 1 to 10 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs will be between 10 and 18 degrees Celsius.

In particular, from night, cold air will move southward from the north, causing temperatures on the morning of the 3rd to drop by about 10 degrees Celsius in the central region compared to the 2nd.

Strong winds of around 15 meters per second will blow in most parts of the country until the day after tomorrow, so attention should be paid to facility management and safety accidents.

Fine dust levels will be 'temporarily bad' in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon, Sejong, Chungbuk, Chungnam, and Daejeon, while other areas will experience 'normal' levels.
