Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) is recruiting tenants for the 'Yeoncheon BIX Gyeonggi Happy Housing' being built in Tonghyeon-ri, Yeoncheon-eup, Yeoncheon-gun, Gyeonggi Province.

Gyeonggi Happy Housing is a public rental housing provided at 60-80% of the surrounding market price to ensure housing stability for vulnerable groups such as young people including youth, university students, newlyweds, as well as the elderly and housing benefit recipients.

The housing units supplied this time are industrial complex type with a total of 100 units of exclusive areas of 25㎡ and 36㎡, including 90 units for industrial complex workers and 10 units for the elderly (housing vulnerable).

It is close to Yeoncheon Bus Terminal, Yeoncheon Station (Line 1), and Jeongok Station (Line 1), and there are abundant convenience facilities nearby such as Hanaro Mart and traditional markets.
