This second half training was prepared to enhance public officials’ practical legal skills based on more advanced content following the first half legal affairs training held in March.
The training invited An Jong-seon, a secretary from the Ministry of Government Legislation, as the instructor, and was conducted with a focus on various and concrete case studies under the theme of ‘How to Use the Legal Draft Editor,’ enabling employees to apply it immediately in practice. According to the satisfaction survey conducted after the training, the majority of responses indicated that it was a practical lecture essential for carrying out work, showing very high employee engagement.
Mayor Bang Se-hwan stated, “I hope this training served as an opportunity to improve employees’ practical legal skills,” and added, “We will continue to conduct case study?focused training that can be applied in practice to strengthen employees’ legal capabilities and do our best to implement trusted legal administration.”
