Seoul City, Registered Mail Delivery Service
Bulk Dispatch on the 11th of Next Month
Seoul City will send certificates free of charge to those who pass this year's licensed real estate agent exam.
On the 29th, the city announced that it will provide this service to 4,121 successful candidates of the 35th licensed real estate agent qualification exam. The certificates are scheduled to be sent by registered mail on the 11th of next month. Changes to the delivery address and certificate photo can be made through Q-Net of the Human Resources Development Service of Korea.
Since 2020, the city has been implementing the certificate mailing service to eliminate inconveniences occurring during on-site distribution and to improve administrative efficiency. On-site pickup is only possible if the certificate is returned due to address errors or absence.
If you were unable to change your photo or need a reissue, reissuance applications can be made from January next year. Successful candidates wishing to reissue should bring their ID and visit the Open Civil Service Office on the first floor of the Seoul City Hall or apply through the Government24 website.
Jo Nam-jun, Director of the Urban Space Headquarters of Seoul City, said, “We are providing a free registered mail service for the convenience of Seoul’s successful candidates,” and added, “We will continue to do our best to ensure there are no inconveniences related to the issuance of related certificates.”
