Cable TV company 'D'Live' announced on the 28th that it has signed a business agreement with NEW ID, a FAST (Free Ad-supported Streaming TV) service and solution company, to expand its advertising sales scope.

On the 27th, the two companies held a business agreement ceremony for advertising and content business partnership at D'Live headquarters in Samseong-dong, Seoul. The ceremony was attended by D'Live CEO Kim Deok-il, NEW ID CEO Park Jun-kyung, and other officials from both sides.

Through this agreement, D'Live expects to strengthen its advertising sales competitiveness not only by cooperating with NEW ID in attracting domestic and international advertisements but also by jointly operating Demand+, NEW ID's CTV (Connected TV) advertising platform.

Additionally, D'Live plans to explore synergies with its own FAST channel service 'DIVA' in the future.

CEO Kim said, "We are very pleased that D'Live is entering the CTV and FAST advertising markets through this business agreement with NEW ID, the largest FAST service company in Asia," expressing the significance of the cooperation between the two companies.

CEO Park emphasized the scalability of FAST services, stating, "We will do our best to create a successful new media convergence case by combining D'Live's 24 years of new attempts and achievements in the cable broadcasting industry with our FAST service know-how."
