Amid the worsening local finances due to consecutive adverse factors such as the government's commitment to sound fiscal policy, sluggish national tax revenue, stagnation in real estate transactions, and tax revenue shortfalls caused by economic downturns, local governments nationwide are struggling.
"We will continue to make every effort to secure budgets through ongoing collaboration with relevant ministries and on-site visits and proposals to ensure that various essential projects for citizens proceed without disruption."
