Shin Young-dae, a member of the Democratic Party of Korea who was indicted on charges of manipulating public opinion in the primary election and accepting bribes, is seen talking with fellow lawmakers at the plenary session held at the National Assembly on the 28th. The motion to arrest Representative Shin was rejected with 93 votes in favor, 297 against, and 5 abstentions out of 300 members present.
