The management support platform ‘Sosangongin 365,’ where prospective entrepreneurs and small business owners can access all the necessary information at a glance, is launching.

The Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Small Enterprise and Market Service announced that from 9 a.m. on the 29th until December 31, they will conduct a pilot operation of ‘Sosangongin 365,’ a data-driven management support platform for prospective entrepreneurs and small business owners.

‘Sosangongin 365’ is an advanced platform developed as part of the government’s national agenda, building upon the ‘Commercial Area Information System’ that has been operated for the past 18 years.

Sosangongin 365 collects 64 public and private data sources and integrates them into 22 types, expanding the quality and scope of data. It provides key services such as ▲Big Data Commercial Area Analysis ▲My Store Management Diagnosis ▲Commercial Area & Market Hot Trends ▲Policy Information All Guide to support data-driven decision-making for prospective entrepreneurs and small business owners.

First, ‘Big Data Commercial Area Analysis’ is a service designed to prevent oversaturation of startups and help entrepreneurs gain competitiveness. It enhances the commercial area analysis service, which received great user response in the existing Commercial Area Information System. By adding location evaluation and delivery information analysis reports, it provides necessary information for selecting business locations and industries. The ‘Follow Along’ feature is introduced to allow users unfamiliar with digital technology to easily use the service.

‘My Store Management Diagnosis’ analyzes the competitiveness, growth prospects, and survival potential of individual businesses based on sales, customer interest, and more. It also provides information necessary for small business owners to establish management strategies, such as popular menu items by time and floating population by time.

The ‘Commercial Area & Market Hot Trends’ service offers hot place commercial area information reflecting specific customer groups or consumption trends, such as commercial areas with many office workers for company dinners and delivery commercial areas with high delivery sales, helping users select locations linked to startup items.

Lastly, ‘Policy Information All Guide’ provides government support project information in connection with ‘Sosangongin 24,’ a policy information guidance platform for small business owners. By clicking the detailed view button for each support project, users are connected to Sosangongin 24 and can use the service with an integrated ID without separate registration.

Meanwhile, alongside the pilot operation, an error-fixing event will be held to improve service quality and stability, and selected participants will receive small prizes.

Won Young-jun, Director of the Small Business Policy Office at the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, said, “Sosangongin 365 is a platform that supports prospective entrepreneurs and small business owners in making better decisions based on data. Especially, as the number ‘365’ implies, it will help prospective entrepreneurs and small business owners easily access the information they need anytime.”
