The business agreement ceremony held at BNK Gyeongnam Bank's Seoul Metropolitan Area Headquarters was attended by Park Sang-ho, Executive Director of the Customer Marketing Headquarters, and Kim Hee-cheol, Full-time Vice Chairman of the Defense Industry Mutual Aid Association, among others.

The Defense Industry Mutual Aid Association is an organization that contributes to the development of the defense industry through guarantees and mutual aid projects necessary for defense projects, as well as welfare projects for its members, based on the 「Act on the Promotion and Support of the Defense Industry」. Recently, it has been steadily collaborating with financial institutions.

According to this business agreement, the two institutions plan to provide better conditions such as credit limits and interest rates to member companies of the Defense Industry Mutual Aid Association when providing financial support through payment guarantees and loans to promote their growth.

They will also cooperate in promptly sharing various information necessary for financial support and providing product information related to financial support to member companies.

Park Sang-ho, Executive Director of the Customer Marketing Headquarters, said, “The financial support business agreement with the Defense Industry Mutual Aid Association aims to foster the defense industry and contribute to national economic development.
