Mayor Kang Su-hyun "Reflecting on Discussions... We Will Improve Administrative Services for Citizens"
Gyeonggi Yangju City (Mayor Kang Su-hyun) is promoting a meeting with associations to facilitate communication for swift and accurate permit processing.

This meeting, the second following the first half meeting held in May, was organized to bring about changes that citizens can feel through regular communication.
At the meeting, the city was represented by Mayor Kang Su-hyun, Lee Eun-sook, Director of the Urban Housing Bureau, and related officials, while the associations included executives from the Yangju Branch of the Spatial Information Industry Association and the Yangju Regional Architectural Society.
The meeting covered ▲ key review points for development activity permits ▲ standards for preparing development activity permit documents ▲ timing of effectiveness for mountain area conversion permits ▲ simplification of extension processing for development activity permit periods ▲ avoidance of duplicate reviews during permit processing ▲ and included a Q&A and feedback session.
Mayor Kang Su-hyun stated, “In these difficult economic times, I ask everyone to do their best in their duties to alleviate citizens’ difficulties through swift permit processing,” and added, “We will actively reflect the matters discussed in this meeting to improve and provide better administrative services to our citizens.”
