Collaboration with CU... Cooking with Cold Water Using Heating Elements and Special Containers
Kyungdong Navien announced on the 28th that it has launched "Boilramyeon," a warm ramen like a boiler, in collaboration with convenience store CU. This ramen can be cooked without fire using a heating element and a special container, allowing it to be easily enjoyed during outdoor activities such as picnics, camping, and hiking. The product is available at CU convenience stores nationwide.
Kyungdong Navien explained that it collaborated with CU using ramen to cleverly convey the warmth provided by the "condensing boiler." The collaboration product, "Boilramyeon," features a budaejjigae (army stew) flavor and consists of a special cooking container, packaging, and a heating element. Boilramyeon is completed without hot water by using the special cooking container and heating element. You put the heating element and water in the outer container, place the soup base and noodles in the inner container, then pour water up to the indicated line. When you close the lid, the water boils, and after waiting 10 minutes, you can enjoy warm ramen immediately.
Kim Yongbeom, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Kyungdong Navien, said, “Kyungdong Navien collaborated with CU to make the essential 'boiler' in daily life feel more familiar,” adding, “We will continue to carry out various activities to get closer to consumers.”
