Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo District, visited the Art Hall Mac at Mapo Art Center on the afternoon of the 27th, where the 9th Mapo District Youth Musical Festival 2024 was held.
The Mapo District Youth Musical Group is a musical program organized by the Mapo-gu Mangwon Youth Culture Center and consists of students from 4th to 6th grade in elementary school who were selected through auditions.
On this day, the youths performed "My Little Dream," which they had been preparing for since May while receiving specialized musical education, fully expressing their passion and talent toward their dreams.
Before the performance, Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo District, said, "I am very much looking forward to seeing our youth who have prepared for more than half a year for musicals, a comprehensive art requiring dance, singing, and acting skills," and added, "Mapo District will spare no effort to support youths in fully showcasing their talents in various ways."
