The Korea Exchange's KOSPI Market Division announced on the 27th that it has received a preliminary review application for the transfer listing of EcoPro BM, a KOSDAQ-listed company, to the KOSPI market.
Established in May 2016, EcoPro BM manufactures and sells cathode active materials for secondary batteries and related materials.
EcoPro currently holds a 45.5% stake in the company.
EcoPro BM reported sales of 3.1456 trillion KRW and an operating loss of 62.2 billion KRW last year on a separate basis.
