The Damyang-gun Cultural Foundation (Chairman Lee Byeong-no, hereinafter referred to as the Foundation) announced on the 27th that it will present the second performance of "Acoustic in Haedong," featuring 4Men’s Piano, at 7:30 PM on the 29th at Osaek-dong in Haedong Cultural Arts Village, Damyang.
"Acoustic in Haedong" is a continuous regional hub revitalization performance program that has been ongoing since the first half of the year. It was planned to promote the local performing arts sector and activate hub spaces, with content centered around Osaek-dong in Haedong Cultural Arts Village.
On the 9th, at the first performance of "Acoustic in Haedong," the jazz band Prelude, formed by artists who graduated from Berklee College of Music, received enthusiastic responses from the audience with their comfortable and sweet performances.
The main act of the second performance, 4Men’s Piano, is a jazz piano group composed of four of the nation's top pianists, known as the "golden fingers on the keyboard that no one can imitate." In this concert, the members will reinterpret masterpieces such as "Spain," "Shape of My Heart," and "The Girl from Ipanema" through a dazzling piano battle ensemble.
Meanwhile, the Foundation plans to present the third performance of "Acoustic in Haedong" on the 21st of next month, featuring the band Yeohaeng Sketch. Debuting in 1989, Yeohaeng Sketch is a legendary folk rock band known for classics like "To an Old Friend" and "Isn't Life Like That?"
