SK REITs announced on the 27th that it acquired the Chungmuro 15 Building (SK-C Tower) in Jung-gu, Seoul, for 199.416 billion KRW to secure dividend funds through new real estate leases. This amount corresponds to 4.5% of the total assets. The scheduled acquisition date is December 20.
