Breathing Returned After Cardiac Arrest State
At an apartment construction site in Garak-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, the pedestrian walkway roof collapsed, seriously injuring three passersby.
On the 27th, the Songpa Fire Department in Seoul reported that at around 3:06 PM, the pedestrian walkway roof at the apartment construction site in Garak-dong, Songpa-gu, collapsed, covering three passersby.

As a result of the accident, one passerby went into cardiac arrest and was transported to the hospital while receiving cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), but is now reported to have recovered enough to breathe on their own. The other two seriously injured individuals are also receiving treatment at the hospital, but their lives are not in danger.
The police and fire authorities are investigating the detailed circumstances of the accident, believing that the roof collapsed because it could not withstand the weight of the snow.
